Online Issue of Admission Forms

  • Nursery admission forms will be available online only through the school website: www.gulmohurschool.org
  • Dates: 19th September 2026 to 31st October 2026
  • Cost of Registration: ₹500/- (Non-refundable)

Requirements for Registration

  • A passport-size photograph of the candidate (less than 2 MB) for online registration.
  • A B2 (3 in × 2 in) size photograph of the parents along with the candidate, to be attached to the printed registration form.
  • The registration form must be filled online. A printout of the completed form must be submitted to the school office on the specified date, along with a photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
  • The original Birth Certificate must be produced for verification and will be returned immediately.
  • Parents who are alumni of the school must submit a photocopy of their Pass Certificate (ICSE/ISC).
  • Employees of Tata Motors, Tata Cummins, Tata Technologies, and Tata Hitachi must submit a copy of their Identity Card/Gate Pass along with the registration form.

Requirements for Registration

  • The admission list will be displayed on the School Notice Board and the School Website, as per the DC’s order.

Admission Procedure

As per the Right to Education Act 2009:

  1. There will be no interview, assessment, or interaction with either the parent or the candidate.
  2. Admission will be granted only through a lottery system.

Age Criteria

  • Candidates must be born between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024.
  • The date of registration of birth must be within the first year of the candidate’s birth.
  • Only Birth Certificates issued by Government-certified authorities will be accepted.
  • The Birth Certificate must be in English or Hindi.
    Birth Certificates issued by the Gram Panchayat will be accepted only if duly signed and stamped in Form No. 5 by the Panchayat Sewak of the concerned Panchayat.
  • Affidavits or horoscopes will not be accepted.

Important Note

Please register only if your child’s date of birth falls between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024. Applications that do not meet this age criterion will be rejected.
