Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate with NTT, Montessori or equivalent training in Early Childhood Education.

• Good spoken English and communication skills.

• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching.

• Experience teaching young children preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, joyful and inclusive classroom.

• Use play, storytelling, songs, movement and hands-on activities to develop early language and numeracy skills.

• Encourage conversation, independence, social skills and positive habits.

• Observe each child’s progress and communicate regularly with parents.
