Gulmohur High School ushered the 77th year of India’s Independence by paying homage to the great freedom fighters of our country. The programme began with a motivating prayer by Principal Priti Sinha where she urged all the students to take pride in being an Indian and try to serve our Motherland in our own ways. The school’s Head Girl Swati addressed the gathering and evoked a sense of being dedicated and responsible towards our nation in everyone. Ayush Mohanty delivered a spirited speech in Hindi. Melodious songs by the choir and an enthralling dance performance filled the atmosphere with a patriotic fervour. The Principal, staff and students at Gulmohur High School wishes everyone a very happy Independence Day. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!
