My dear children,

Here we are in the amazing month of October. It is the tenth month of the year in the Julian and Gregorian calendars. October is seen by many to be a time of real seasonal change, both in the northern and southern hemispheres. The harvest festivals are over, and the nights are getting longer and colder day by day and also the commencement of festivals and happiness. This year the month of October is very special for the entire Gulmohur family cause there’s a lot of things coming our way.

Jamshedpur is an industrial hub in Jharkhand state which caters to students from different backgrounds and with a desire to gain knowledge and excel in life. According to a survey it is seen that more than 70% of the High School students migrate to other parts of the country in search of premium Under-Graduate education in streams of their preferred choices. These days there are enumerable career options but yet the choices seem to be limited due to limited exposure and less awareness of new-age Higher Education & Career options. 

Lack of awareness about new age career opportunities is an issue which a large number of students face and especially in Jamshedpur the percentage is bit more. Thus, we are here to break through the stereotype thoughts and to bring in the zeal among students to explore the futuristic world with our high aspirations to provide the students of Jamshedpur with meaningful experiences which will enhance their college and career-readiness by providing them with tools and pathways for their future. With lots of excitement and enthusiasm Gulmohur High School announces the most awaited and only one of its kind for the first time in Jamshedpur exclusively for the students of classes XI & XII, “CAREER EXPO 2022” 

Selection of career is one of the most important decisions of a student’s life and the first step that is to be taken for a successful life. The choice often seems to be quite confusing and majority students end up choosing either medical or engineering but little do they know that there’s a whole new generation out there.

To address this, Gulmohur High School in association with the Tata Education Excellence Programme (TEEP), is glad to organize the much required and the first-of-its-kind Career Expo 2022 for 5000+ strong student community of Std. XI & XII of the 50+ schools in and around Jamshedpur on 18th & 19th November 2022 at Gulmohur High School (primary section), Telco, Jamshedpur.

We at Gulmohur are always ought to see you all emerge better in each and every aspect of life.
